Price Information for Business Meetings, Banquets, Receptions and Reservations at Cornerstone Hall

       Check with Cornerstone Staff to get rental rates for the entire building (seating for nearly 500 around tables), the great hall (seating for up to 250 and includes the dance floor and permanent bar), or the corner hall (seating for up to 200). Lower rates for bookings scheduled for Sunday through Thursday and for Friday.

        If you are planning a fund raising event, discuss your event with Cornerstone Staff for special pricing arrangements and rates.

        PayPal can be used to pay your bill at Cornerstone Hall. However, there is a 3.5% convenience charge that will be added to your bill when you use PayPal. The reason for the convenience charge is that Cornerstone Hall is charged 3.5% by PayPal when you use PayPal to make your payment.

 A 7% sales tax will be added to the final bill for all rental items and alcohol purchased by the event organizer.  Cornerstone Hall can seat up to 450 people around tables with a dance floor area available. We can seat up to 500 people around tables without a dance floor area. There is no gratuity charge for using Cornerstone Hall.

        A deposit of $400.00 ($250 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit and a $150 Refundable Damage Deposit) is due at the time of booking Cornerstone Hall. This amount WILL go toward the final bill.

        A payment of 50% of the estimated final bill is due one month prior to the date of the event. The remaining 50% of the estimated final bill is due one week prior to the date of the event. Charges that can not be determined prior to the actual event (bar charges, damages, more people attending than planned, and extended hour charges) will be payable at the end of the event.

        Approximately three weeks prior to the date of the event, contact Cornerstone Hall with the number of guests that you expect for your event and the final set-up arrangement you desire.
